This time in our success story, we have Vaishali Jayaraman who joined us as a Associate and is now a Team Lead, we applaud his passion, hard work, determination and the consistency he has exhibited, earning him this blog exclusively!

Do you remember your first day?  

I still remember when I was escorted to my workplace by the HR and my reporting Manager. Usually, every employee would be curious to find out about their roles and responsibilities in the first few weeks. I too had the same expectations; I was eager to meet my team and see my workstation.

 

How has your job changed over the years?  

I started my career with iOPEX as a Process Associate. Fast forwarding to the fifth year, I am enthusiastically leading a team. I am overwhelmed with the growth, opportunities & responsibilities provided by iOPEX. I like the work culture at iOPEX. At the end of the day, it is all about teamwork.

 

What has been your biggest achievement/success? 

One of proud moments at iOPEX was when I was awarded the ‘Best Escalation Lead’ (twice). My efforts were recognized at multiple RNRs. The best of all, is when I got promoted as a Team Lead. I want to see myself grow at iOPEX and reach heights.

 

What’s your favourite part of the job?

iOPEX has always ensured to provide work life balance to their employees. My favourite part of the job is becoming the Team Lead from the same team where I started my career. I love the company culture and enjoy working with my team.


What is your proudest moment at iOPEX?

Awe!! The moment when I received an email to share my Success Story with iOPEX. As I’m drafting this article, I remembered every step of my journey at iOPEX. I have come a long way from where I was to where I am. iOPEX has taught and molded to the person who I am today.

 

What are 3 words to describe our company?

Whenever I hear about iOPEX the three things that comes to my mind are Transparency, Progress & Nurturing.

 

How has iOPEX helped you in your career development?

 The platform provided by iOPEX has helped me come a long way in my career. I am grateful to this rocket ship for being an integral part of my career so far. I would like to thank everyone who played their part to help me get where I am today. iOPEX has paved the way to their employees to achieve success and guided to flow in the right direction.

 

How do you balance your career at iOPEX and family?

Set boundaries for yourself and your work, to avoid burnout take time for yourself. When we leave the office, avoid thinking about work and spend some time with family.

 

What advice would you give to recent new hires?

Put team success above personal success, if so, you will succeed in receiving positive results. Ensure you carry high morals and integrity without being self-righteous or condescending.
